“Scoot” Case Study
Before we started working together, Scoot already had a solid foundation on TikTok with an established account where he was posting content regularly. However, despite his efforts, his videos were not getting the views or traction he deserved. The main issue was that his content was frequently getting copyrighted or marked as low-quality, which is a common challenge many creators face.
To overcome this, we decided to start fresh by creating a new account from scratch. The goal was to produce content that avoided these issues while still being highly engaging and aligned with TikTok’s algorithms.
In just 90 days, we far surpassed his old account and generated millions of views—all while ensuring that the content was never flagged for copyright or low quality. This was a game-changer for Scoot, proving that a refined strategy and attention to platform guidelines could drive massive growth.
Consistency and Strategy Lead to Success
By starting fresh and focusing on consistency, we created a path to success that not only solved the previous issues but set the account up for long-term growth. We didn’t rush to chase viral moments or take unnecessary risks—we played it smart and built a strategy that ensured steady, sustainable growth.
ScootX’s journey is a testament to the power of strategic decision-making, consistency, and learning from past mistakes. With the right strategy, even accounts with significant hurdles can rise to new heights.
ScootX’s Next Chapter
After the initial success of rebuilding his TikTok presence from zero and avoiding every copyright issue that held him back, Scoot decided to take things further.
He upgraded to the Repurposed Content Strategy package, which allowed us to manage his content across multiple platforms at the same time.
Around this period he also shifted his niche into more polished movie reactions. Even with that change, the momentum never dropped. In fact, it grew even faster once we started posting again. The new style of content performed so well that the results he used to get over the course of ninety days on TikTok were now happening within the first thirty days of the new approach.
We rebuilt both his TikTok account and his YouTube Shorts presence with a fresh system that matched his new content style. In the first four weeks alone we generated almost six million views across platforms. This was also the first time he had posted consistent Shorts on his YouTube channel. Normally the algorithm needs time to warm up when a channel has been inactive on Shorts for a long time, but we broke through that barrier immediately.
In just one month his YouTube Shorts reached more than half a million views. His TikTok account had its strongest run yet. Every platform showed growth at the same time, something most creators struggle to achieve.
